Rooted in Curaçao — the island is our home
PINK Beheer is not a company that settled in Curaçao purely to take something from it. We live and work here. Our colleagues come from the island and so do our suppliers. That carries a responsibility we deliberately act on.
Permanent work, with prospects
We work with our own permanent staff rather than a rotating cast of subcontractors. That is better for our owners, but above all for the people themselves: a permanent contract, a settled team and room to grow. In a market that leans heavily on casual labour, that is a conscious choice.
Buying and building locally
For maintenance, materials and interiors we work as much as possible with trades and suppliers from the island itself. That keeps the lines short and the money in the local economy — and it gets our owners a faster result too.
Careful with water and energy
On an island where water is scarce and the sun is abundant, waste serves no one. In day-to-day management we watch consumption: properly set air-conditioning, leaks traced early, and efficient lighting and appliances whenever something is replaced. Better for the island, and visible on the owner's bill.
Involved in the island
We also support local initiatives and projects in the neighbourhoods where we work. We would rather do that concretely and close to home than large and visible.
